Tasha J is established in the Greater Kansas City Metroplex as one of the city’s premier hairstylists and extension specialist. Her extension techniques are innovative and non comparable and she uses Method that set her apart from the rest. The Elite techniques consist of Ultra-Links (pre-tipped hair is applied by using link pieces and sliding the natural hair through the link and locking it in place with a instrument). This method uses no heat or glue, Bonding (adhesive bonded to the track of the extension and applied to the natural hair so that it lays flat and appears invisible, Ultra-strands (Hair that is pre-tipped with a keratin bond and then applied to strands of the natural hair by low heat, Sew In (Hair is applied by braiding the natural hair down, then protective netting is applied over that, next the extension weft is sew onto the braid using needle and thread method.) Custom Wigs (Natural hair is braided flat and protection is applied over the hair and the weft is applied to the protective cap or net.) Then a natural style is achieved. Seamless (Hair come pre-taped on a track and is applied to the natural hair by special adhesive as this technique lays flat to the head and is virtually undetectable.) Invisabraid (Attachment is made by using tread to make a base where the extension will be applied to using the needle and thread method.

Vicki has always had a passion and love for hair design. Her artistic ability will create a customized style to fit each of her clients and their lifestyle. In addition to natural highlights and bold color and cuts, Vicki meets her clients’ unique needs by providing bonding, extensions and facial waxing. Her clients include adults, children, ladies and gentlemen.

She has over 6 years’ experience including 18 months with Paul Mitchell Color, and Design Essentials products, and specialty cuts. She is blessed to be able to provide her clients with an experience that leaves them feeling exhilaratingly gorgeous, enhancing their natural beauty. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Missouri of Kansas City in 2010.
